Yes you can, we sell replacement mandrel top up packs. You can even buy a replacement reamer if you need.

Yes! We provide easy to follow detailed instructions for you to follow. Just make sure you have everything you need, if you don’t we have those in our shop.

Top tip – ensure your pilot hole is central and straight. An off centre and/or diagonal pilot hole will reduce the chances of removing successfully.

We are currently working on it, at the moment we just ship nationwide in the U.K.

It may work with larger threaded fasteners but we cannot guarantee a successful extraction.

Yes, still use penetrating fluid or extra heat to help ease the extraction.

It depends how accessible the stud is, 10 – 15 minutes if easy access.

The kit is designed for use on the most common bolt material, a medium carbon steel. Although the matching tapers of the mandrel and the hole will provide some grip if used with other materials, it is unlikely to be effective.

Prepare the area with a wire brush, heat and penetrating oil. In some cases, some bolts may be so seized the only option is to drill it out and re-thread.

Clean all swarf and replace in the carry case lightly oiled.
