11. Free top up pack offer

By participating in the Free Top-Up Pack Offer (“Offer”) provided by The Blockley tool company ltd, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before participating.

11.1. Eligibility
  • The Offer is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age.
  • Participants must provide accurate and truthful information when claiming the Offer.
  • Participants must have received a card in the kit with the offer written on it.
11.2 Offer Details ‘free top up pack of mandrels’
  • Offer is valid for the first 100 full kits bought through the website and expiry date is 31st December 2025.
  • Each eligible participant is entitled to receive one (1) free top-up pack of mandrels (“Pack”) for use with one (1) video created using our product.
  • The Pack is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
  • Only one (1) Pack per person is permitted, regardless of the number of entries submitted.
  • Multiple entries or attempts to claim additional Packs will result in disqualification from receiving any Pack.
11.3 How to Claim
  • To claim the free Pack, participants must upload the video to Instagram and tag our page (extractkit) during the Offer period. Once we have seen the video and agreed eligibility, we will contact you for your address details to send the top up pack of mandrels to.
  • The Offer is subject to availability and may be limited in quantity or duration at our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the validity of entries.
11.4 Restrictions
  • The Pack is for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  • Any attempt to circumvent these Terms, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or submitting multiple entries, will result in disqualification.
  • The Pack must be used in accordance with the instructions provided with the product and is valid only for one (1) video.
  • Any profanity heard in the video may cause the entry to be rejected.
  • Any attempt to bad name the product or company will also be rejected and reported.
11.5 Limitation of Liability
  • We are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that prevent participation in the Offer.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Offer at any time without prior notice, including due to unforeseen circumstances or non-compliance with these Terms.
11.6 General Terms
  • By submitting your entry we reserve the right to use the video for our website or social media purposes.
  • By participating, you agree to release us from any liability arising from your participation in the Offer or use of the Pack.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website www.theboltextractor.com.
